Shea Butter is made from the nut of the African Shea Tree, which grows throughout West Africa. It is a key part in maintaining smooth, soft and healthy skin. It is an excellent moisturizer for skin & scalp. **Treatment for dry skin, minor cuts and burns, helps insulate skin from the cold, pain relief from swelling and arthritis, improvement of muscle relaxation and stiffness, helps prevent stretch marks during pregnancy, mild sunscreen, base for your skin crème creation, soufflé for massage, helps relieve issues of eczema & psoriasis, and relief of diaper rash. Jojoba/Coconut Oil is a natural skin lubricant and moisturizer. **Aloe Vera is used for therapeutic purposes including promoting digestive system health, balancing stomach acidity, boosting immune system, increasing absorption of vitamins, and promotes healthy joint and muscle function. ** Castor Oil is used in hair, skin moisturizer, lip balm, massage oil for aches and pain. Ivory shea butter has a somewhat hard texture, similar to firm cookie dough. However, when compared to yellow shea butter, ivory is softer and melts easier.
Yellow shea butter is made from the same Karite nut. It is processed similarly, but the root of the Borututu tree is added during the milling process. The root is responsible for the bright yellow color. Borututu is a medicinal plant from Africa. A tea made from the bark of the Borututu tree is useful to detoxify and to assist the functions of the liver and gallbladder. It is also used externally as a wash. Although both yellow and ivory shea butter come from the same source, the yellow variety is slightly more firm and takes a little longer to absorb into the skin. The smell is very similar to ivory shea butter.
Direction: Rub enough amount of Royal Soufflé on your palm till it melts, then apply a thin coat on the skin or hair. Apply 2-3 times a day as needed.
